Poor Service

I sent a document on the 26 February 2019 to have my monthly payments readjusted. When I phoned the call centre they advised me that the consultant who handles my home loan account is Mr R. Kulfath. I re-emailed my documents to the home loan division and also included Mr Kulfath on the mail. On the 4 March , I phoned the call centre to Speak to Mr Kulfath - Number given , no answer. Re-phoned the call centre and the lady said that she will email him to contact me. Also tried to speak to his manager Mr Prashallen Muragen but my call does not get answered. Tried some time later but still unable to get hold of him. Phoned again today ( 05/03/2019 ) , still unable to get hold of the above 2 officials. The call centre official said that she will personally deliver the message to him. I advised her that should I not receive a call by COB today ( 05/03/2019) I will put this poor service attitude on hellopeter and advised the Call Centre Agent to advise him of this. A few minutes later the Call Centre agent called me to advise that she has given him the message and they will get back to me today ( 05/03/2019) No one has contacted me.

In a downsliding economy , one would expect better service to retain clients. I think they took my words too lightly.

Will now think twice on placing any future homeloan business with FNB
