Poor service
Hi What is the point of calling fnb asking for assistance but they can't help you. I wanted to do arrangements on my loan they told me straight we can't. I lost my job got a new job not even half if what I used to earn I ask fnb to help me they said they can't. Faith and Mduduzi told me they are unable to help then why so u say we should call if we experiencing difficulties Regards
