Poor Service
How long does one have to wait until a new address is reflected on statements. I walked to branch to change my address last week Thursday (22-11-2018) but till this day my statements still reflect the old physical address. Yesterday (26-11-2018) I called in and spoke to Nkhensani Mathye : ReferenceRy ********** 9868, but still nothing has changed. Is it that difficult to change my physical address on my profile?
