Poor service

One Account, home-loan paid up 115 months before due date. Requested access to 120 k , after a month, various application forms, valuation of property , I was informed it is approved. Value 365K, with fantastic monthly install ment of R16 099 . I informed them that we only require 120k, to which they responded that the minimum value is 150k. A week later and I still do-not have an offer. Entire waiting period is currently in excess 6 weeks. Pathetic service and I have been a client for more than 10 years.
