Poor Service

I was at the FNB Braamfontein about 10:05, we where standing in a queue longer then the empire state to make a depoiste and there was only two tellers when we were almost in front 10:45 this Elizabeth came and asked what we want to do we explained and only then did she say they don't take under R3000.00 deposits we must go outside, I am NOT a FNB customer and now I know why I will never be one, there is no notification inside the bank stating no deposits under R3000.00. Then this Elizabeth was as rude as hell rather telling me **** then giving me a change to explain, I find this attitude very very rude as I didn't get half a change to defend myself and I was the ONLY white person in the bank. Thank you FNB but NO thank you.
