Poor service

In 2009 i took a smart bond from FNB they gave a copy of a title deed from the onset i paid every month their bond instalments up until 2017 december.I wanted to sell my house i informed them of my intention of selling as per procedures and the purchaser lawyer got in contact with them they exchange all documents needed and all clearances needed and compliance certificates there of and the settlement figures. The purchasers lawyer is unable to proceed with the transaction because fnb is failing to provide the title deed and this process is long overdue, what is annoying me the most is they are still debiting monthly bond instalments and also adding arrears they are planning to blacklist my name.it of unsound mind that i have paid almost 9years for a bond and upon selling the title deed is no where to be found nor seen
