Poor Service

Poor service, I have been submitting my Last Will and testament for the fourth time at bank city branch without getting any feedback, only when i call or email feduciary department to follow-up , that's only when i get response to say your Will was not signed correctly or yarara, when i resubmit they then say NO, you submitted a copy, and no one never gives ma an update until i follow, my first Will was submitted in May. That's poor service.
