Poor service

I have a business account. Constantly having problems with making payments and it being declined due to “daily limits” being reached but when checking on app and calling in I am way within limits. Another really negative about FNB is their poor telephone service - seems you are constantly on hold and being transferred from pillar to post. In addition, staff doesn’t seem trained up to handle issues. Doesn’t make sense doing business banking with FNB.
