Poor Service

I have experinced the worst service from Fnb Private wealth.,i dont even know why they moved me to Private wealth only to torture me with sub par service,it has been one of the worst experinces. They have been sending me from pillar to post over services that are suppose to be simple. The 2 private bankers i mentioned are thee most useless two people i have come across,who dont even know what exactly their job description is. The worst being Isabella she is the most arrogant person ive ever had to deal with.Kabelo just has no idea what his his description is. I have been waiting for service from january 12 till today no-one has been able to assist.
