Poor service

good i have a problem with Fnb bank... my account has been frozen be cause they suspect ***** on it i have been contacting the bank with no assistance service very poor... iam certainly not happy at all doesnt mean if we are poor we have to be treated so bad... hence the money in my account its not much buts its my sons grant that we need to buy food aim unemployed... FNB Its not sufficient to their clients instead if i had millions in my account they could have solved the matter long.. can i please be assisted with this matter
