Poor service

Fnb is such a scarm they keep on billing fees even thou they see that the account is not being used

Im owing 1000 on their transactional account which i last use last yea and as well as the sbs accout which is not user friendly they keep on billong me fees for what service cause iam not even using the account what happened to accounts getting dormant if they aint used ...so disappointed in this bank and u go to branches seeking for help none knows what to do
