Poor Service

I went to deposit cash at FNB Lenasia CBD at the ATM. The notes were rejected and i decided to go inside the bank to deposit the cash. I went into the bank and got a ticket to join the que, I was told that only ten thousand rand and over is accepted in the bank. Then I was asked to follow the que at the tellers to change my notes and go back to the ATM to do the deposit. The guy at the help desk, I must admit is useless. Its the first time ever I heard of that **** that you must have R10k and over to bank inside. Makes you think ? Is this only in the Indian areas ???
