Poor service

SO disappointed about FNB (law oncall) I m struggling to get permit fetch my kids from KZN. I tried all revenues so my last hope was attorneys. I phoned Saturday I was helped by (Iykh) not sure about spelling. I explained to him I was from police station but they said amended rules are for co parenting. It doesn't cater those who are married. Then I was referred to magistrate .I phoned Iyk i told him the story he said I must go back to station en tell him about latest amendments then I said to him if they refused he said they must put it in writting the guy was impatient I even ask him what will happen if I don't get help from the magistrate he just said then you have to wait till lockdown.iwent to magistrate but again I didn't get help. SO I phoned FNB again to seek for an advise because my kids are stuck in KZN they are suppose to do school work worse the older one is at tertiary learners started they online classes mine have not equipment. But minister made it clearer that kids can go back to their parents. SO I phoned FNB again the I was helped by Ongopotse who said I must go to station commander if they refused I am must ask them to put it in writting. I went there but they said no I must tell my lawyer that the documents doesn't include movement from one province en it does mentioned those who are married. I try to phone Ongopotse so that he can speak to station commander but I didn't get hold if her.my details were taken then I waited but no call I phoned again she was not reachable my details were taken till today is 11h55 but ihavent received any call. I am suffering as if u don't have attorneys this is the time where I am supposed to get advise from them.my youngest daughter is 7 years crying every time when you phone asking when I YOU coming. Worse one is paying every month to get help in times like this.last time when I needed help I got excellent service but now nop.
