Poor service
I went to fnb Prospecton branch to collect my card which I opened online there were two ques and I went to a lady on a card collection counter, i asked her which que must I stand on as I am here to collect the card and she showed me the que which was going to her. I stood on a que for almost an hour den when she had to assist me, she asked where did I open my card I told her \online"then she told me I must go to another que again. <br> <br> Why didn't she ask me at the 1st time?<br> <br> Must I stand on 2 ques to get my card at fnb<br> <br> I just opened my account but I am so disappointed <br> <br> <br> """
