Poor service

The staff don't even care about the customers. Imagine the queues are long and staff are busy on their cellphones and to make matters worse their friends / relatives come and get attended to quickly. I had been in the bank for more than 1hr 02min as per the ticket but I sat longer than that . Managers don't even come and assis. My ticket number 119
