Poor service

On the 8th of March I made a payment through Pay2Cell, I was not aware that I can only use Pay2Cell to FNB users only. I went to the bank and had to pay R325.50 for a new payment reversal form so that I could get my money back. Till today I have not received my money back. I am being told by the bank that the number I sent the money too is used by someone else in the bank. This is ridiculous how can 2 people use the same number. I have been waiting patiently for my money and now when it’s time to get my money back, there is excuses
