01 May 2020, 11:23Someone has contacted me to sort my query, and that another person from fnb would call and they did. However it is still not sorted even though I was assured it would be sorted by today the 1 May 2020. Money still not refunded and still being debited incorrectly. How can we help u??? Start by proper system and efficiently assisting your customer. Still waiting for a resolution and service from FNB. I am not a happy customer!
