Poor service

I app**** for a personal Loan on 19 April and up until today no one has called me , I called yesterday and was told that the sales department lines are not working and to call back again on Wednesday , what nonsense why must I call back and the consultant also said they were not informed that lines were down so imagine people don’t talk to each other there , poor poor service very unhappy customer
