Poor Service

I called in yesterday to find out what the excess is on a screen for my son's phone and was told nothing. Today I get an email to say the excess is R1000!!! The screen to fix is R1150. If someone had told me that I would NEVER have lodged the claim ... now this is on my record honestly poor.
