POOR SERVICE

FNB East Rand Mall services sucks big time they only have 3 consutants working.

The lady assist me kept on assisting people who came in after me, I was sitting for a whole 3 hours with no assistance, I ended up not being assist by nobody.

When I call in their customer services they keep on transfering my calls & not assisting, when will these people ever assist me I don't know else to do.
