Poor Service
I recently opened a cheque account at FNB and was informed that my debit orders would changed as well. She failed to inform me that it would three weeks for the debit orders to change. This resulted in me having to take money from the FNB account and put it back into my Standard Bank account and also charges of R915<br> <br> I have been inconvenienced tremendously and request FNB to refund me.
