Poor service

One Kulani Ngwenya promised me to reward me with data after they **********ly deducted money towards Fnb connect service. After I realised this ********** act for an amount of R801.00 such money was refunded unfortunately after a month. Kulani Ngwenya promised to reward but now she says they won't refund me. FNB is acting in bad faith and enjoys I'll treating clients.
