POOR SERVICE!!!

FNB collections department always callsme at the wrong time. I always answer and tell them when to call so they can tell me why they want me but they dont. What if my credit profile gets more runied for something we could have resolved if they listened to me as a client and called at the appropriate time? Is this the meaning of "how can we help you?" you help us by black listing us?!?!?!?!?
