Poor service

I went to the branch in Mthatha (York road) to enquire about my bank charges, which I was told I was a private banker so thats why I was being charged R419 monthly fee and R236 on debit balance, R110 on service fees, R69 or credit fee the list goes on am even charged a fee for a e-wallet transfer as I have a card that I can use to withdraw my ewallet funds, so I was told at the branch they are not able to assist me as I needed to be switched back to a normal service account and was redirected to a phone, number I was advised to dial also told me they are not able to assist and was transferred to different department and after an hour am sad to say I gave up and went home, day after I then tried calling them again as I have an FNB Sim and after being transferred to 3 different departments I was told they are not able to help as they can only lower the account to a cheque account and not savings account and was told to go back to the branch, mind I work and stay 15 KM away from the town, I asked the lady at the call center for the details of the person who was assigned my account as I was being charged for being a private banker something that was vaguely explained to me with no details well its sad to say they told me they aren't able to and am stuck with this fees and account that I don't want and need
