Poor service

The service is very bad every year its different stories when we have to withdraw our money. This morning signatories went to issue 32 notice and the consultant wanted the proof of address for the one of the signatory that passed away 4 years back. when the lady passed on the husband came with the other members to remove the wife from the club. Years later we must track the husband to come again and remove the address. And last year we where charged twice we ended up getting less money. Your service is very bad that why we will be changing banks and your consultants are not well trained. They have different stories every time we want our money I'm not sure they were trained that way so that you will get more interest the longer we keep our money.
