Poor service

I am really appalled with FNB service , I purchased airline tickets from a travel agent they voided the transaction immediately . The funds should have been released with 24 hours . However FNB is still holding the funds as pending why is this. It now 10 working days . Other banks don’t work like this why are you still holding the funds as pending . I’m really appalled by my bank your service delivery is appalling , please release my funds from pending
