POOR SERVICE
I disputes some debit orders a while ago and to this day I am yet to see the funds back into my account. I have been calling FNB and each agent I speak to gives me a different response. I am really tired of this bank.

06 Apr 2023, 09:23FNB is absolute *******, I have been calling and being sent from pillar to post. I received an email telling me they've been trying to get hold of me but using numbers that I am currently not, that time I have been giving them my recent numbers. What nonsense service from them.
