POOR SERVICE

My wife have made the worst decision moving her salary to Fnb, today is the 06th of December and her salary has not reflected since 30th, they said verifications needed to be done from both previous and current employer and they were done and she was told funds will be in within 48 hours, no funds came in and she followed up again on the 05th yesterday and told the person who did verification did not finish the verification from the client( my wife) and verification was done and informed her funds will clear as everything is up to date, up to now there is No funds, we are going to claim our money in the branch and close account period. Why must she struggle for her own salary POOR SERVICE. ***
