Poor service

This is the worst bank i bought flight tickets using my fnb virtual card from SAA on the 24/06/2025 and the transaction was successful then on the 25/06/2025 the money was debited again i called SAA they saw the error and sent an email to fnb for them to release my funds to me we have gotten a reply from them. SAA has written countless follow ups which have been ignored, i have spent so much airtime calling them and iv been sent from pillar to post never mind the fact that i pay over R500 in fees for their stupid “private banking” account

During this whole thing my account is also on a negative R187 i don’t even know how that happened and i don’t have the energy to call them

I just want my money then il close all my accounts even business accounts because there is no way a bank can be this useless
