Poor service

Infact FNB doesn’t deserve any star what an *********** service I took a loan Tuesday they froze my account how am I suppose to use that money if they freeze my account…and I have been calling more than 7x today no one is assisting me…sent email no help I’m not happy at all and I’m out of country very expensive to call and no proper service 😏
