Poor Service

I made payment to FNB account which had FNB Lesotho listed which was for Aucor. The payment made was to FNB Pioneer mall however consultant advised that this would bounce as I paid to FNB South Africa and not Lesotho.

May payment has still not been reversed. This is really poor service from FNB. Please reverse my funds immediately made payment form my Nebank account amount R4655. 20 on 10 February 2023
