Poor service

I deposited R19000 into my zero account and am told its not appearing because the account does not receive such an amount,why are your terms not clear??i trusted this bank hence i transferred to it why couldnt you just upgrade me to an account that would receive the money now i have to wait 3 days for the money to bounce back while i have an emergency this is bad service , a service that inconvinienxe clients is poor and disgusting
