Poor service

So this morning after an consultant called me on Friday once again as soon as money was paid into my account fnb goes and debits money that not due to them the person I spoke to promised me that someone will call me but all lies I'm sick and tired of this bank they really don't worry about their customers and please don't call me before 4pm
