Poor service!!!!

in 10 years i have received excelent service from FNB, up till today. Went to the shops, and looked like an IDIOT when my card declined at the papoint. Went to the ATM to find out that my account has been frozen. Tried to get hold of my Private Banker, with no success. The pool of bankers bluntly told me i can go to another bank, they dont need my service. No notification was given to upload FICA documents, I am paying a monthly premie to have a Private banker, that is never available. this must have turn to the worst bank ever!
