Poor service

I am so disappointed with fnb services. They held/froze our business account from 10th of jan 2023 until now nothing has been done. We are losing clients and bills that a paid through a now sabotage. We submitted everyhing they asked for and there is no responce. They deducting monthly service fee yet their service are poor. When you call they take long to pick up and when they pick up they put you on hold which is consuming alot Money/Airte
