Fnb close my account with no reason i need to send money today i am unable it is my last time to use this stupid account

i have run out of electricity in y house since friday my son is out of snack to eat at school because my account has a hold by fnb without even notifying , when they say FNB is ****** i can now agree since i am strugling to acces my hard earned cash on your stupid appl and please after releasing the money please close the account for me i dont need it anymore you dont case about your client you treat them like fools.
i am supposed to poor in petrol on that money you are holding i am now at the limbo because i cant acces my money due to your incompetency i was told to submit the tax form and my payslip of which i submitted but i am not getting help even after submitting, and why do you need my payslip while i am not recieving my salary from your useless bank
