Poor security
Good day
Please kindly advise why it is so easy for ****mers to access our accounts, for the past year every month i had to pay R50 for Uber, which i don't even have installed on my phone, what is even worse was this past weekend when i saw very suspicous debit order coming through.

I got a call from one of your consultants who are in experience to advise, i was advised to cancel my card and order a new one but this morning same transaction i was complaining about debited 3x. I want my R160 plus all transaction were debited without my consent.
