Poor Secure Chat Communication - no response after 60 minutes!

I have been struggling for some time now with FNB with their secure chat platform not getting any response from anyone and when you do there is nobody there then you are disconnected and go back into a queue again... Their handling of the Covid relief funds has been done so badly, why I am trying to connect as there is no communication at all on what you have agreed and nobody to talk to to find out why nothing has been done! Was online Secure chat waiting for over an hour today!
