POOR RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

I had a complaint. Received a reply. I was not satisfied and object to the reply. I have sent an e-mail everyday and received a read reply of my message but no answer. It is not the first time. If they do not want to contact you they just ignore you. I am also in business and if a client is not satisfied I respond without delay. This is nothing than a bad attitude. Maybe I should transfer my personal accounts and business accounts to another bank.
