Poor response and advice to their clients

I am going through a divorce in which my soon to be ex wife is using FNB Law on call. I gave them a call last week to inform them that she has disappeared with the Car. Nedbank has issued summons instructing that the Car be returned or pay the full value of the Car. Their client has been promising to return the Car for the past month and nothing suffices. To eat I am still waiting for their call back as to how to proceed as I am trying to avoid police involvement. I believe if they are real Lawyers they would understand the implications of me not returning the vehicle to the Bank as instructed. Someone should try and attend to this as I get a feeling that they do not know their jobs.
