Poor response after reporting *****

On 15/01/2019 I returned to work and was checking my e mails. I then opened my FNB Bank Statement dated 2 January 2019. Going through it I noticed 2 withdrawals that made no sense to me. They were both dated 02 January 2019 for the amount of R3000.00 each. I found this strange as my limit for withdrawals is R3000.00 per day. If I withdrew R3000.00 why did FNB allow me to draw another R3000.00 which is over my daily limit which makes it R6000.00 withdrawn for the day. I also only received 1 Incontact message for a R3000.00 withdrawal. I then went to FNB in Pretoria North thinking that it was a double debit and FNB will credit my account.

When I saw a consultant and showed her the statement and explained my position she advised me to open a ***** case. I filled in forms and she did the rest. She gave me ********** 5- ********** 91 as my reference. I then received an SMS from FNB saying ***** Claim letter received PEMS Ref ********** 6. Further updates to follow. Debit Card *****. I then heard nothing from them.

I then phoned from FNB Hatfield on the 16/02/2019 at 09:00. I was then put through to Thabiso from the Debit Card ***** office. I asked him for an update. He informed me that a consultant from his office will contact me during the week and give me an update. Today is the 1 April 2019 and I am still waiting for a response from FNB. I know what the excuse will be. We tried to get hold od you but couldn't. But you have my e mail address. Put whatever you have to say in writing so that I can take it further if needs be. I want my money back.
