Poor respond time
I sent a request for a business rating letter and still waiting after 4 days. I know the say it takes 3 to 5 day, but what i don't understand is why it takes so long when the is no complication. Last Thursday I sent my request and my father walked into a standard bank branch, he got his the same time. I want to understand what is the different in obtaining this letters and why do we get such poor service,
