Poor record management.

I app**** for Temporary Loan from FNB in April 2023 and the loan was settled in full in May 2023,however recently FNB updated my credit record to say I'm 8n two months arrears . I did contact them last month concerning the issue where I was told that FNB is busy with investigation with credit beruax and once they are done my records will be updated. Since May 2023 to date my information was not updated accurately . Now it was updated to say I'm in arrears for two month,2hile the debt was paid in May 2023. Why would they say I'm still in arrears when updating my records in June and also now in July. What FNB is doing it is wrong and destroying our credit record . This capitalist bank it's now doing wrong things. Just because I'm a black person that doesnt mean I'm stupid and cannot check my things . This looks like a sabotage because it was updated two times while paid up but still says arrears . Why. I think I should change this useless bank.
