I just got an sms regarding the e-wallet, I am trying to withdraw it and it gives me an error massage " We cannot complete your transaction. You selected the wrong option" which I did not, I get in the munite the lady sees the slip emidiatly says I must buy airtime to get knew pin but 6hours has not passed even an hour. She goes call the manager whom comes tell me the same thing as it's FNB technical problem we're do I come in as a client poor poor poor service l.
