Poor Poor service lately from FNB

HI FNB, I write you again because this is the only place where i am assisted. I asked for an old Bank account to be closed approximately a month ago, I was told that it would be closed in 5 days. its now a month later and not closed and almost R3k in arrears which FNB can reverse because im not interested in the poor service I have received of late.
