Poor Poor service FNB

I am writing as I am at my wits end with the FNB connect. When I signed up for the Connect sim only after being lured into it, I though well this sounds good I can use it. Then after being promised 20 gig of data once my sim is registered & connected. Alas only 5 gig was given. After 49 phone calls and escalation and no less 30 emails which either is answered by a promise to follow up or just ignored completely I was finally after 5 months awarded the balance of 15 gig. However since inception of this contract I have had to make hundreds of calls because you being lured into deals such as if you spend X amount on your account then you will receive X amount of data. Alas it becomes a battle. A battle I am so tired of fighting that most times I just ignore the sms send completely. The last straw that broke the camels back for me was my promised data was not allocated end Feb 2018, then in 5 Mar 2018 I again received an sms telling me I was awarded 5 gig of data. On Tuesday I checked the account and nothing was allocated. I called and was told that it will be in within 5 days. I called Thursday afternoon again as it was not awarded. Only to be told that it is not 5 days yet whereupon I answered and said I was told within not on the 5th day. The matter was escalated and I was told that I would receive a call from the Admin dept by end of day. Since in contact runs 24 Hrs I was not sure when end of day is for them. I then made the call again on Friday morning to be told no the consultant gave you wrong information you will receive a call within 24- 48 hrs. Well 5 days later needless to say I still did not get that call. Where upon I was again told by a consultant they would escalate the matter I was Rendi a Team Leader would contact me sometime during the day on Monday the 12th. Tuesday morning I again had to make the call and was told O my name is on the list and that I will be awarded the 5 gig during the next 5 days. Hello.......... please tell me am I the only one battling like this. I again today Tuesday, requested to speak with a team leader which was Mopho who told me the same. I then said I am not going to be taken for a ride any longer as I would have to phone again after 5 days which is normal then I just loose interest and leave it. Whilst I am a pensioner and do have time on hands I am not going to be messed around any longer. FNB get your act together people are not objects. You lure them with promises and hope they would not be like me nagging all the time. They have daily work pressures and dont have the time to sit on a phone daily trying to sort out problems of this nature. If you made a promise stick to it. That way you are assured of continual business. I have told my daughter and so many other that wanted to commit to FNB to rethink their decision. As I have only had problems since inception. I am definitely a CAPITEC supporter as I had my account there for 9 years and never had any problems. Thankfully so I did not close my account completely wanting to see if FNB could be a better option. My money is certainly on Capitec.
