Poor! Poor! Service!!

FNB being FNB again with the terrible service!! firstly, can we work on getting the call consultants better phone equipment because we can hardly hear them. Then when you are finally through to FNB, you are being tossed around from one consultant to another, with dogs barking in the background. I have been on hold for the last hour with no resolve. What is this?!
