Poor poor service

I am a priemier fnb customer and I am very unhappy with the service I got from Fnb. An amount of money went out of my account in the form of some bogus purchase I don't know about. Their call center is absolutely useless, they've been transferring my calls to all kinds of departments without getting any help. I have been with FNB since 2013 but they don't seem to take their clients seriously. My money is not safe with fnb, at all.
