Poor poor service

I am trying to get FNB to reverse the HomeLoan debit order.

The house in question is undergoing a sale and prior to the debit order date the cancellation was submitted.

I have been sent from pillar to post after going through the secure chat facility subsequently the HomeLoan département with calls being cut. Later was told of deceased estate department also no help.

Shoo I am so happy that this house is sold and dealings with FNB will come to an end from a HomeLoan perspective. Afterall being my main bank they are doing nothing for me to reward me for loyalty to them after so many years. Our new house was funded by their one of their competitor so for me to keep them as my main banking account will have to be ceased. That said will be able to slowly be moving all my debits to a better bank with service.
