Poor Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FNB is the most insufficient bank ever. I have asked for help via email over and over no response at all. I have been a loyal client for over 20 years and this is the treatment I get. Do you know what customer service means? What a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
